Lorie’s Lounge
Work by Davey was commissioned to create a vibrant and cohesive brand identity for Lorie’s Lounge, an upscale bar and lounge in Charlotte, NC. The project began with logo development, featuring a bold and colorful primary logo of two yellow champagne bottles clinking together, evoking a pop art aesthetic and signaling the lounge’s fun and celebratory vibe. A secondary minimalist logo and a 70s-inspired retro logo were also designed for versatility and themed events.
Building on this foundation, the project expanded to include marketing materials and branded elements to elevate the lounge’s presence. Deliverables included flyers and banners for weekly events like "Mojito Monday" and "Have a Glass at Lorie’s," as well as mockups of menus, employee uniforms, custom coasters, outdoor signage, and promotional tote bags. Social media templates were also created to enhance engagement and streamline marketing efforts. The result was a polished yet dynamic identity that captured the spirit of Lorie’s Lounge across all points.

Lazy Eye Brewing
Lazy Eye Brewing was founded by a brewer who turned setbacks into opportunity. Fired from several breweries for challenging traditional approaches, she decided to create her own. Her goal was to brew for people who drink macro lagers but want to explore craft beer. The heart of Lazy Eye Brewing is their six beer menu comprised of ales from blueberry sour ale to chocolate stout to classic Saison. A diverse menu for a casual beer drinker to an Indian pale ale connoisseur. The taproom provides a relaxed space for visitors to expand their palates and enjoy beer without pretense.
