1. Free Consultation
Every project starts with a free consultation. This is a conversation to discuss your project’s needs, creative direction, and expectations. Clients are encouraged to bring 3 to 5 examples of content that align with their vision. These references help clarify style preferences and kickstart the brainstorming process. The more context provided, the smoother and faster the creative execution.
2. Proposal and Initial Payment
After the consultation, Work By Davey will outline the scope of work, timeline, and pricing in a proposal. Once both parties agree on the terms, an initial payment is required before work begins. This ensures commitment and allows the project to move forward without delays.
3. File Sharing and Collaboration
Throughout the project, files will be shared via a secure cloud-based service like Google Drive or Dropbox. Each client receives a dedicated folder accessible only by Work By Davey and the client. This keeps everything organized and ensures easy access to project materials.
4. Additional Work and Revisions
If additional work is requested beyond the original agreement, it will require further financial compensation or renegotiation. Work By Davey aims to keep projects on track while maintaining flexibility for evolving creative needs.
5. Final Payment and Delivery
Once the project is completed, final files will be delivered in appropriate formats (JPEGs, PNGs, MP4s, PSDs, etc.). Work By Davey retains half ownership of the content for use in social media and portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed. The final payment must be received before full project release.
